Tip of the day: One of the most common mistakes when making dumplings is overfilling them.

While it may be tempting to pack in as much filling as possible, this can actually make it difficult to seal the dumplings properly and can cause them to burst during cooking.

Instead, use a moderate amount of filling and make sure you leave enough room around the edges for sealing.
