We’re Back! Hope you enjoy the new Sue’s Home Kitchen Newsletter!

Tip of the day: One important key to creating delicious dishes is to season your food properly.

This may seem like a no-brainer, but it's often overlooked or done incorrectly. Seasoning isn't just about adding salt and pepper to your dish, it's about layering flavors and using the right amount of each ingredient.

To start, taste your dish as you cook and adjust the seasoning accordingly. This will prevent over- or under-seasoning, which can greatly affect the final outcome of your dish.

Happy Cooking :-)
