Medium: 140°F (60°C) to 150°F (66°C)

Medium Well: 150°F (66°C) to 160°F (71°C)

Well Done: 160°F (71°C) and above

These temperatures ensure varying degrees of doneness, catering to individual preferences for steak tenderness and juiciness.
